Homeostasis: Helping one body at a time
I am currently a student who will be a licensed massage therapist in late Nov. 2008. I would like to win 10,000 to travel across Austin TX to more hospices, and to work on those living with a terminal illness/cancer.
Q1: I would like to know if anyone has more ideas of where I can go in Austin to work with those who are dying.
Idea Description
I will be a licensed therapist in late nov. 2008. My goal is to work on those near death, those w/ a terminal illness or people living w/ Cancer.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
If I win 10,000 I will take my State Board exam and travel to all the places in my City (Austin, TX) that have a hospice or people living with Cancer (Adults, teens, children and babies) and work specifically with them. There are too many people out there (especially those whom are dying) that never get touched in a safe, comforting, therapeutic way!

The bank will be expected to fund novel products and services and stay away from things like restaurants that will simply draw jobs from other restaurants or moving factories from one part of the country to another. This is a wonderful idea and I wish you all the luck with it. People do need safe and comforting care. I am an RN and have thought of possibly moving into massage therapy. Massage is a wonderful way to help people in so many physical, mental and emotional ways. peace and blessings jaelma
