  First off, I woul look for other business who use this profit sharing approach. Understanding how other companies can engage and recruit employees with this work ethic is important.
  And while pushing the "joy at work" mentality, I would also look for other incentives, Domitech could offer. Having a good company culture is important but also showing ways that this culture can improve website development may also be important as well. Some different analysis comparing employee attitude/ environment to work productivity may also be a good tool to use in presentations for employees as well as clients.
