GiantLion representatives can save thousands of dollars on an individual loan as well as keep the homebuying consumer from making poor choices due to lack of knowledge and information. GiantLion does not sell loans or recommend mortgage companies. They stay independent and work for a flat, pre-arranged fee. We give back by donating 5% of all fees to provide housing for the homeless.

Advertise/PR in the Dallas/Fort Worth market (14.4 Billion Sales Volume 2005) to establish a brand in our first market and then launch as a Franchise to other markets. Our management team has franchise experience and this idea has all the elements necessary for a successful franchise business. No inventory and a centralized process for lead distribution gives GiantLion a profit beginning year two.

this a great..i just had a co-worker just last week go through a horrible experience with her mortgage lender shes trying everything to get the problem resolved to save her from loosing her house. This same company has a history of this type of action. So your idea would be wonderful!
