A New Style Movie Theater that Matches New Technology!
A New Style Movie Theater that Matches New Technology!
Idea Description
My theater will contain several rooms with seating from 2 to 50 per room. Customers come in any time they want (no set movie times) and they rent out a room for 3 or 4 hours. Of course the room will be state-of-the-art, but it will be smaller, more intimate. The customers will get a remote-control to choose any movie they want and they can pause/rewind movie as they please. They will have room service for ordering drinks and food. Customers can drink, joke around, pause/rewind, take breaks, order food change lighting, and more!
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
This venture would cost much more then $10,000 to get off the ground. But $10,000 would give me the resources needed to fully develop the business plan, find partners, source a location, etc.
Vote for it now.

What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
This would be a great place to host parties and allow for indy film makers to screen their work. With home theater technology as cheap as it is, a moderate sized setup would easily be within $100,000. Please check out my idea and leave some feedback. Thank you and good luck!

no kidding vachman, the difference is that you'll be able to see NEW movies like you do at a theater.
I have something like that now, my living room. Sounds cool, online reservation system, pre-order your food, private bathrooms, like a club box at a sporting event. The remote control covers everything, lights, order system for food and drinks, got to have nice state of the art comfy reclining chairs.

yea, pay per hour. so 3 hours for a room for 4 would be like $40 ($10 per person).
sounds cool... Theyre gonna pay per hour right? cos if its one time pay and they hog the room and prevent others from getting in then itll be bad
