Idea Description
my idea is to develop interviewables.com into a site where job seekers can upload videos of themselves answering standard interview questions. They will also upload a resume and add searchable tags so that employers can find them. Employers will be able to go to the ste, search for job seekers, and view their interviews. This will save them time by allowing them to prescreen before offering an actual interview. If they are interested in a candidate then they can pay a fee for the contact information. Job seekers can also get advice and critique about their videos from community members.
