CareerManagerOnline.com is actually a website that I have just started a few days ago. It will be used by students and professionals to help manage their careers. The site will include the following:

* Online resumes
* Profiles: Education, skills, work experience, etc.
* References: Allow employers to instantly access references
* Integration with other sites such as LinkedIn
* Online networking
* Coaching and Mentoring

This site will be developed for job seekers and employees seeking to advance their careers. The one thing this site will not become is a resume fishing site for head hunters!

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

I will use the money to hire outside consultants for development assistance, and subject matter experts to help with making the site geared towards the individual. The remaining money will be used for hosting fees and branding.
