Idea Description

Create a social network that bluetooth advertising servers can tap into, giving all bluetooth enabled phones that pass a bluetooth "hotspot" a profile on the site, automatically, and giving profiles 2 all the advertising done by the bluetooth servers themselves.
-Let users log in and choose what ads 2 receive.
-Let advertisers pay many bluetooth server owners at once 2 display their ads.
-let users upload into bluetooth servers, which can push the content 2 our website, which can ultimately create, which, via an API, can be pushed 2 3rd party websites to show-case content...

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

...EXAMPLE: Mcdonalds makes a scavenger hunt contest where users have to take pictures of themselves outside of as many Mcdonalds stores as possible (and uploads them into the server via bluetooth), which then goes to our social network, which can also be fed directly to the Mcdonalds site if requested.
