  This is a good idea, but is very vague. You need to really come up with how you are going to do this. There are marketing firms whose entire existence is divining this very thing. Almost all major corporations hire companies that survey their current clients and find out the answers to your question. However; on the small business level, there is a real need for an inexpensive way of doing this. There are some companies that are catching onto this, but they are only a few years old and not moving quickly.
