Q1: The only real potential challenge would be finding a suitable location, but there are so many places here that shouldn't be a problem.
Idea Description
I'd love to start a Spa/ Makeover/Salon for just Mothers and daughters (or sons). Mothers with children never have time to go to the Spas or get makeovers, but at Mommy & Me their daughters could go with them (they'd even be a place for the boys to get their hair cut/styled)
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
First I'd hunt for a store location, get together with my beautitian friends and start pricing equipment.
Next after I found a suitable location I'd put a downpayment and get in there with my friends and set up the business.
Then I would start working on advertisements and set up a web page.

Why not try a Mobile Spa? You can bring the spa to Moms and Daughters for special events or just for a treat.
