Q1: Name - Company Logo. For some reason I think a good catchy name is really important to get people's attention. - Sometimes it's like selling art.
Security/Privacy - A very important understanding has to be given out that Chapii will put you in room/space which you give permission to let it know.
Idea Description
A Chatroom like platform that sits on top of any existing site/page on internet. For short it is named "Chapii" for now.
Eg. You just came home from work, and wanted to find out more about that funny looking van with the company name "Wachovia". Typing it into google gives you the regular traditional company website with product info, location, contact... But if you search from within Chapii - the moment your browser loads into Wachovia, Chapii chatpane opens and allows you to chat/interact with all other users who are browsing the site at the same time, or googling the same term/phrase.

In the software space, there are some draft prototype like program with mentioned idea. But it has yet to reach a wide audience due to difficulty and restricted add-on being in firefox only. I plan to have a re-evaluation of that usage model and try a "Surfing within a wrapper site" meebo like feeling. Also to have some business Web2.0 savvy talents help out with RFF documents to get the ball rolling on VC, funding needs, marketing and explore sectors to serve.

Cool idea... I have seen Weblin as well and used it. It sounds pretty similar, but maybe there is a way you could differentiate it / promote it better.
