Idea Description
My idea is to open a Dessert Bar. The dessert bar would serve consumers of a wide selection of desserts that can be eaten around lunch, dinner and even breakfast. I want to also bring along an up and coming coffee company to compliment the desserts served and also sell alcohol beverages like martinis, cocktails and so forth around dinner time. The atmosphere will be hip and trendy and cater to crowds 21-40. Just think Starbucks on steroids. Wi-Fi connections and Jazz music while eating tasty pastries and having coffee or a cocktail after dinner or lunch.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would invest in a solid business plan and put the rest towards marketing.

In your Dessert Bar, you could even have dessert cocktails (Spanish Coffee: a flamed, alcohol-laced drink, Chocolate martini, or Bailey's Irish Crème, served on the rocks or stirred into coffee).
