Idea Description
I-Park is a new technological device that offers simplicity for parking patrons. The device will let you pay for your meter with a swipe of a card. First you go to our website, www.IPark.com. This is where you create an account and sign up to get the I-Park card. The initial card costs a one time fee of $50, plus the money you will be depositing into your account. When the customer is in their parking space they do not have to fumble for change. They scan their card directly over the barcode on the meter and an allotted amount will be deducted. In addition to create revenue, we will sell the electronic parking device to city transportation departments.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

How is this different from something like http://www.princetonparking.org/smart_card.html?
This could be a very fitting idea in our "non-cash" world. I like the idea of not carrying cash. My only concern is the advancement of the human chip in all of this. It soon, only makes sense to develop that kind of technology with todays lazy world. Sometimes it scares me the direction the world is going! Great Idea!
