Idea Description
A family-style, kid-friendly restaurant that serves Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches fresh daily, made-to-order, using everyday common ingredients or even exotic or perhaps homemade specialty recipes. Various brands and styles of peanut butters, jellies, and breads could be mixed and matched to form personal flavor-filled taste treats.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
My next step would, of course, be to begin the building of my restaurant dream!

went into a long spiel only to find i had to join! And having done so, see my comment isn't here. If this ends up as a dup, my apologies. First: PB & J is the American staple of the young children. Remember that once they get their first taste of chicken nuggets and fries or the like, the PB & J is relegated mostly to the lunch bag. So first, watch your location. To succeed, i'd think the best location is inside a shopping mall. Kids are whining, moms are tired and no one really wants to spend a lot on 'fast food'. But it's where you'll find your greatest number of families out and about and it's all in the numbers--and one offering MUST be packed (school) lunches To Go!
