Q1: There is a lot of competition in the beverage industry, but I believe this drink is one of a kind. It is a great idea that will attract hard alcohol drinkers and people who want a pre-drink before going to the bars for the evening. Some challenges I might encounter are competitors.
Idea Description
Glass 20 oz. bottle with a flip top cap to avoid spillage. There will be a divider between the juice and the vodka (the first drink will be a cranberry vodka drink) The consumer will buy the bottle and they can use the divider clicker to add as much vodka as they would like. There will be a straw to drink from which touches the bottom of the bottle to reach the mixed drink if they do not use all of the vodka. This will make it easier to mix up as well. The slogan can be "bartender in a bottle." The target is people who do not want to leave their house for a bar drink or people who do not enjoy drinking beer. Many college students would use it for their "pre-game" drinking before they go out.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
If I win $10,000 I would probably make this dream come true. I would contact juice companies and vodka companies to create my first drink and a manufacturer to construct the exact bottle that I invision. I would hopefully see the drink/company grow and use the money to invest into the company if successful.

You could always start by making the product and selling it directly to local bars...
