I would contact a fire safety specialist to design a sign/logo that would become universally recognizable, work with a decal supplier to develop the product. I would start a website to sell this product as well as educate the public on the proper use and storage of medical oxygen equipment. Get into to contact with medical oxygen providers to encourage their customers to use this type of to keep themselves and their rescuers safe.
