  Def. a lot of competition in this business, besides housevalues.com, zillow.com has some unique features as well.

  This is a highly competitive space right now. One top player is HouseValues.com, which has a lot of sophisticated tools to help brokers/agents. They also filed to go public -- so their IPO filing has some good info.
