  I do not think that you will have to produce these products directly. I am sure that you could outsource this and keep overhead at a minimum. You dont have to make the products, just provide them to the people in need.

  I would add "flip cup" table to your list of items. You could sell one table with catchy graphics (including college logos) and visual instructions on how to play a variety of games. I would make the instructions fun - I'm thinking stick figures with humorous text.

  I think the answer to the question is outsourcing. You don't need to have the production capabilities in house all you need to do is create a website that allows people to customize, and farm the production out to a third party. Your only role would be to maintain the website and market it.
