A disruptive metrics site that allows users to create custom metrics or templates to track their performance in any range of topics. Managers can use this to provide constructive weekly feedback to employees about their performance, whether that be sales, administrative, or technical. Additionally, users can use the system to track personal performance, such as health, diet, their golf game, or savings toward a goal. Consultants could provide a metric to their client to receive feedback on the last weeks performance.

Further marketing to spread the word. When people see the idea, they tend to think it is a good one.
