Idea Description
The meat cookie would be made of corn dough or some sort of buttermilk bisquit (non sweet dough) and embedded with chunks of beef jerky. Each cookie could be fairly large, weighing 2 or 3 ounces, and contain a fair amount of beef (an ounce or so). The meat cookie could have several combinations; corn dough, buttermilk dough, wheat dough, with beef, ham, turkey or chicken. It could also come with various seasonings: terryiaki, peppered, original etc. The combinations are almost endless! And who couldnt resist the charms of a meat cookie?
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would try to contact a company to sponsor the idea. Jack Link's, Jim Beam, and Oberto would be a few comapnies that might like it.
