Strong and Fit Food and Drinks is a Pre-Packaged Meal System packed full of protein, amino acids, and vitamins essential for building muscle. It will be a program similar to Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig, but instead of losing weight, the goal is to gain muscle and strength.
The Target Market will be Men and Women Athletes, Bodybuilders, or anyone who wants to gain muscle and strength. These Prepackaged meals will include the protein filled main courses, essential vitamins and minerals, along with your choice of a protein shake or healthy drink.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
If I win I would put this money towards the many things I need to get this business off the ground.
I think this business could definitely succeed. Being an athlete who has lifted weights for the last few years, it took extensive research for me to develop the knowledge of what to eat and when. Another problem with exercising most people experience is the difficulty in keeping a routine. With Strong and Fit Food and Drinks, the customer could be eating correctly and easily following a healthy muscle building diet without any effort!

You could look into partnering with Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig to see if they'd be interested in developing a brand for men. I'd also get a nutritionist on board to make sure that there aren't any health concerns.
