Q1: My main challenge is that my margins don't allow for fast growth but I can't get fast growth without an infusion of cash for advertising etc.
Idea Description
The basic premise of the idea is to get into the lucrative business of dry cleaning without the startup cost of property, plant, and equipment. You establish a route of business and residential customers, picking up and delivering their drycleaning twice a week. You work out a deal with a local cleaners that doesn't have delivery to do your cleaning and split the revenue. The customer doesn't pay extra and gets a great service, the drycleaners gets new customers outside their area, and you get a nice, repeat commission business that you own.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I have already started this business and it is going pretty well. I need money to expand. I need to purchase software designed for drycleaning delivery routes, upgrade my delivery van, and spend some money on advertising like my competitors do. I will also need to purchase a second van by the end of the summer if grown continues.

This is an interesting service concept. The trouble with going in dry cleaning is there are so many in so many areas located closely to residential areas. The people that go into starting either their own business or expanding a franchise take into consideration how close in proximity there are too different homes, with side of street, where they're location sits on heavy commuter paths, as well as what will there pricing by. And largely many of them don't operate online b/c of their close connivence and range.
These are all major factors that could really hinder your business model however that still doesn't not mean that cash cannot be made. I think for starters you will have to show one company in the area you can improve their business.
