Wood Fired Brick Oven Pizza To Go!
Wood Fired Brick Oven Pizza To Go!
Idea Description
Construct a small wood fired brick oven on a tow behind trailer.
All the DIY stores offer the trailers today as they are
very popular with the construction trade. I have some great plans
for the masonary construction of a small brick oven for making pizza.
The pizza's are done in 2-3 minutes in the oven as the temp's run approx. 500-700F! Taking the show on the road to, not for profit
events, fund raisers, or to any event that offers a large outdoor crowd.
This pizza, by the slice or the whole pie would be a treat at a community
fair or any other place. Think about it. You've had good pizza, but once you try a pizza hot from the wood fired brick oven, Ummmmmm so goood!
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
The Trailer, oven building materials, along with labor to get
the Brick Oven on Wheels off the ground might cost $5K. This leaves enough for start up of the business. Permits, Event Fees, product, advertising and marketing. I think this business could really grow with a start up capital of 10K. Not intersted in spending your weekend at an event making and selling fresh hot brick oven pizza? Then hire a team of workers to do it for you. Better yet, sell franchises. This business adventure can be anything you want it to be. ;)
Vote for it now.
I love the Idea this would be great I think we need one in our little town..
Hi, this is really good idea. If you haven't done yet you may want to visit https://www.fornobravo.com/ for very detailed plans to build a wood fired brick pizza owen.
Special building methods shall be implemented because a brick pizza owen on the move may result in cracks on the body of the owen which will mean heat loss and uneven heat distribution in the owen.
thanks for the input everyone. There are some obsticles to overcome I'm sure. But getting there is 1/2 the fun huh? Thank you again for your comments and your vote. JM
