Idea Description

The Child Protection System in this nation has become the child abuser. Children die six times faster in foster care/child protection. Our Social Security Title IV has promoted child protection into a $104 billion industry/abuse of our SS funds. Children are removed from familys 80% of the time on wrongful accusations to bring those federal dollars into the states to pay wages all the way to our judges. Our judicial system needs reform. Citizens do not believe this is happening, media will not report it, congress will not stop wasting your social security and states will not stop trafficking in children to support budgets.

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

There are agencies across the nation fighting this abuse, but until masses of citizens are truly informed, nothing is going to change for the children. There needs to be a newspaper solely devoted to informing the taxpayers of this nation. There are hundreds of websites and articles written on the subject, see "Money Behind The Madness" - Massachusetts News and "The Corrupt Business of Child Protection Service" - by Senator Schaefer of Georgia. With $10K, our newspaper TRUTH'S SAKE NEWS, would begin to have a much bigger distribution and effect on the nation. It is the goal of this paper to become nationwide to help save families which are the basis of our society and nation.

I commend you for making this site about this MOST IMPORTANT subject.... the atrocities of child services. This agency is destroying the very fiber of our country....the sanctity of family! Having lost 2 grandkids to these monsters based totally on LIES, I am doing everything in my power to educate the public. Good luck on your endeavor! Sally Hindley in Ohio

Hi - Sally Hindley in Ohio, when we get the newspaper to Ohio, we shall call upon you for assistance - okay? It is all about letting people know. Thanks, Sally Borghese in Michigan (also a grandmother with one missing precious granddaughter to this evil system)

Education of people is very noble, in addition the newspaper can also educate people how to file lawsuits against individuals and these organizations for the damages done to countless people so that a few can make money for their own living. Nobody is above law, but the corrupt system makes the people believe otherwise. All my best wishes for the success of your newspaper.

You have brought out many ideas and drives people and organizations are doing to make people aware. However, parallel to this is what do we do as a REFORM. The congressmen still aren't aware of how bad the current situation is. Don't know if you realize it but the Last week in April is Child Abuse Awareness Week, which coincidentally is just before Foster Care Awareness Month. The congressional approval recognizing Child Abuse Week came up last year and I believe it passed with close to 100% approval. Guess what figures of child abuse were given by the Child Protective Agencies. Consider this simple rule. It takes 10 atta boys to cancel 1 a sh*T. The latter being a report of child abuse. So that means we need to look for 10 positive things that are helping families. Please send me one. I more

David Hyatt, Ohio - What is truly sad is that nobody appreciates just how outrageous and egregious the "family law" business is and to what depths it has sunk. The mainstream media does not wish to spawn controversy with the truth so the efforts to dedicate a newspaper with wide circulation is to be commended. For the sake of our children, families and nation the heinous activities paid for with mis-appropriated social security $$$ must stopped and the bureaucrats held accountable. Sadly, one unfortunate fact is certain: there will not be any shortage of illegal and immoral examples of these greedy activities for publication.

State Family Courts across the nation are out of control. Kidnapping children and placing them with strangers, seperating fit parents from there children after divorce or when the parents were never married, all for money! We need to fight the terrorists within our borders rather than sending our children to foreign soil to fight for ideals which "they" doen't even have here at home.

Child protection services is a sham. They say they are protecting children from their family by placing them with strangers. What they are doing is placing children in a much greater abusive situation where the children have no one they know or can trust to turn to when they are truly being abused. The sad truth is that parents can't protect their children from the abuse of CPS. So many of these children are being protected to death. There is no system protecting good parents and their children from a system that is so far out of control that children are being abused simply by being removed from loving and caring parents. Any outrageous excuse can be used with nothing to prove that allegation is in anyway true. Faster care does not stop child abuse but adds to the problem and increases thmore

The family court system along with so called CPS is the primary abuser of children and destroyer of families in our nation. The courts, the judges, the court officers, and so called Guardians prey on families and profit from the conflict they cultivate in divorce and custody proceedings. It is shameful. New York State has been sitting on Shared Parenting legislation for several years now. It sits there and people and their children suffer. What has happened to our country? No doubt that the system is in need of an overhaul. It is clear that you are passionate about this subject and that you have significant experience with it. I too am involved with the Forster Care system and Guardians. I've seen the abuse and I'm aware of the fact that quite a few Foster Family providers are in it for the money. That is sad but true. I question your finding of 80% of those placed in Foster care not being necessary. That figure is not realistic! I don't believer for one minute that children are being placed in Forster care just so that the people administering the system can have a job. Judges place children in Foster care because they need to be there either temporarily or more permanently. Sorry, I just don't buy the corruption angle on the administration side.more

RE:Comment by jlibascifl1 Can you tell me why then, a judge says the only problem he sees in a case is the mother maintaining better supervision, and DHS in 22 months comes up with all these other things no one ever heard of, just before a court hearing? The CASA worker was the one making most of the complaints, but this time others on the scene, therapists and such, did not see what she saw. She was taken off of the case by the judge. The judge for 22 months, has refused to terminate rights, but DHS keeps asking

Comment by evlevo85 on 05/14/08 11:46 AM

DHS wanted us to get a divorce after we have been married for 20 years, now 21 in order to get our daughter back! Dont think that is going to happen. DHS/CPS promoting the action of ripping familys apart. Glad to see many are taking a stand and fighting against a dysfunctional system. YES you have my vote.

jlibascifl1, I am not denying that there is child abuse. The 80% figure I gave is true, once ALL the facts were obtained. Please note, this was a concern and recommendation given by California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care (http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/jc/tflists/bluerib.htm). If one reads the report, you can see that many times this was said, in addition the Courts did not have enough time to review cases and/or there were inexperienced judges to handle case. You also say many Parents are in it for the money. But I consider this occupation can be a high risk situation and one may have to work 24/7. Not to mention for the last 5 years 76,000 Foster Parents have been quitting nationally on the average. Another point for your consideration. Last year congress passedmore

All, please read the story of how our system was put into place at www.uniformdivorce.com The American Bar Association through its drafting arm created a plan to replace marriage with the institution of divorce by establishing the no-fault divorce model and shepherding into law throughout the US. The plan effectively captialized on the normal marital conflict that is endemic to human relations and leveraged it to breakdown the relationship of trust that exists within marriage. The ABA plan effectively created World World III in which Americans are at war with Americans just like the civil war only worse. The children are caught in the middle having to choose sides and often turned against their own parents. The State uses this conflict as an excuse to confiscate the rights of parentsmore

CPS has kidnapped two of my grand children. I have been fighting them for two years trying to get custody or guardianship of both babies. They would rather sell them than let the grand parents have them. I can't believe all of the lies that they come up with, and then have the nerve to say they are professionals!! What a joke!! Professional Kidnappers!! I hope we get the paper in North Carolina, I'm willing to help in anyway that I can!! Tammy LaForce

Bring the IV-mainliners to light. Addicts of the Federal Dole must be cured. Racketeering, Extortion and Embezzlements should never be couched upon or via "best interests of children." With sincerity of expression and concern for all afflicted, - just adad

Comment by BettyJean on 05/15/08 01:59 PM

people are losing their rights to live in this country via cps and the justice system in family court - I live in a small community in Eastern Washington State and CPS is so corrupt people are saying some workers are cruising the Wal-Mart super store looking for cute "white" kids - CPS files 30 to 40 dependencies a week and if you are poor and happen to have a cute child you are at risk for attacks from cps - They **** up so many federal dollars and what do they do? Abuse the Children and tear families apart

Comment by Leisha on 05/15/08 03:15 PM

As an advocate for equal parenting I am here to make my vote (voice) count. The injustices from our judical system are tearing families apart for profit. The courts are not looking out for the best interest of the children but rather cloaking themselves in immunity as they use our children for federal funding. Leisha

Comment by MarthaHyde on 05/16/08 08:38 AM

Parents and children are suffering across this state and nation. Children are being taken from good families and put into foster care where they are destroyed. Parents and grandparents are spending every last cent that they have in legal battles where the courts are stacked against them. Families not only loose precious children but, they loose their homes and mental well being trying to save their babies. Too many people are profiting from this STATE SANCTIONED ABUSE OF OUR CHILDREN. The very people who condemn these children and families are profiting from having interests in supporting and contract agencies that are under CPS. Countless children are being abused, drugged, berated, neglected, raped and murdered. BECAUSE CPS AND THE JUDGE SAID SO! NOT BY THEIR PARENTS BUTmore

Get an old mimeograph machine from a school

Or get an OLD Gestetner Printing Press.

Electronic Printing is the cheapest.

Just an additional note on Electronic Printing. Don't know if you are familiar, but Adobe is the leader in creating files for publication. In my last ten years, I created very large documents, using Adobe PageMaker to create the document and then used Another program to print out and make ready for publication. I know you are familiar with PDF files. If, not, this is the electronic media that I am talking about. You get the best of both worlds, ie can put it online OR can print out for hardcopy publication. Please email me at chuck@rscraps.com. PS see you are getting the idea of cross referencing to other Groups & Organizations. Way to Go!!!

Along woth the newspaper, billboards draw attention when the message on the billboard leads them to your website. But, it must be a very good impact message. If I were ever lucky enough to hit the lottery and win a large sum of money, I would open up a resource center for those children and provide them with a place to get help. Their voices never seem to be heard. Why is that? Because they do not understand what is happening to them and that they also have rights.
