The job posting/job hunting world online is very tough. You may want to consider fostering a community of intrapraneurs and then thinking later about how companies can tap in and how you can monetize. Interesting note about LinkedIn.com. They didn't really think about how to make money until they have 5 million members! What's the utility you're providing...? Focus on that and the rest may follow.

I agree with Danger (you know will robinson from lost in space). The future of online communtities and social networking in specefic is micro targeting. The audience for this service may not be large, but they will be loyal. This loyalty will translate to word of mouth buzz that can't be replicated with fancy advertising. Besides, intrapreneurship is very "in", you can capatilize on the trend.

Idea Description

A job site for intraprenuers (entreprenuers who work inside organisations). Jobs can be posted and individuals who are entrepreneurial can upload their CV or advertise themselves as freelancers. Intrapreneurs are an emerging group of professionals - individuals who innovate within existing organisations and use their entrepreneurial skills to come up with good business ideas for an organisation which they then implement on behalf of the company and take x% equity share of the profits. Intrapreneurs currently exist in leading companies such as Google, Yahoo and 3M. There could also be an area to pitch your business ides to existing companies to be implemented for them by you.
