  I think it's a good idea -- but distribution is really the tough part. Major companies seem to have a lock on this market. But, if you come up with a unique solution -- and get some protection for it (as you mention a patent) -- then you might be able to license it.

  I actually knew of someone that was doing something VERY similar to this, though not exactly what you are suggesting, they had a slightly different niche, it still had to do with band-aid size bandages though. Anyhow... here is what I know:
  
  You can actually find companies online, to manufacture the bandages and I am sure then that you can get them to inject aloe at some point in the manufacturing process. Check out globalsources.com and pop in the word bandages. I am pretty sure that you could get some prototypes made up and a simple 1-2 page website for 10k. Get your patent first!
  
  Especially for kids who would tend to scratch/play with the burned area and get it infected if it wasn't covered. Also, If you can put some triple anti-biotic or something in it as well, maybe even a little topical pain killer like benzocaine in it too?
  
  If you do this, I would be willing to bet that your company/patent will be purchased by J & J or another bandage company. Get your product out there, even if it is only in 1 or 2 local drug stores at first. I can alread…morey see the little boxes of multiple size band-aid's and the tag line on the front " *NEW* Comes with two free burnd-aids!"
