Idea Description
Every year student groups on college campuses face the daunting task of planning entertainment and activities for their peers.
This is where Paid to Party comes in.
We leverage our relationships with corporations to provide sponsorship dollars for your event.
A school having an Ice Breaker for finals? We can match them with the appropriate sponsor, ie Red Bull, to fund their event.
The amount so sponsorship dollars will be given based on the # of attendees. The organization only need to allow us to advertise the sponsor's product at their event through some non obtrusive banners, promo models, etc.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I will continue the process corporations signed up for our sponsorship network. I would also begin to hire our college campus representatives or "Party Animals". These would be the the team of people who ensure that the the sponsee meets all requirements and obligations for funding and would actually run the promotions on the day of the event (great part time job opportunity for a Marketing major). I plan on starting with a few select campuses w/ the 10k and slowly going nationwide.

Well, I definitely think their needs to be a lot more sponsorship resources out there, especially for ambitious young people who do not have the contacts yet to make a phone call to make this happen, but have a great event (or something else) that companies would love to sponsor. I assume a website is part of this plan--maybe a marketplace for sponsors and people with things that sponsors want to sponsor. Do they really not have something like this yet!? That really is shocking. Anyway, good idea.

i too believe there "is going to be" more sponsoship opportunities as the sun continues bathe our world. i would love to sponsor your idea! consider the mobility on univ. campuses when you win this $10K. we would be glad to assist. life is a party & too many people see college as a time to be serious. a serious is, is a serious does. a persons interests always needs to be supported, not only the course curriculum they must compete; it is the new business models that arise from minds that are free, not bogged down by partyless atmospheres. pace the peace-on campus! inione.
