Idea Description
The idea is to create a device that blocks off all cellular signals within a small proximity like that of a car. It will be attached to a speed sensor so that when you hit say 30mph it automatically turns on. It will however turn off again when you're travelling below a certain pre-determined speed or when you're stationary. This forces the issue that if you really have to make a call, you should either slow down or completely stop. Hopefully this prevents a lot of unecessary accidents on our roads.
