An umbrella that goes over the pedaler's head when it is raining the umbrella will be attached to the top bar of the bike, when not in use it will go back down on the bar nice and neat.
Idea Description
Bikes are everywhere now especially due to high gas prices, there is nothing worse than getting caught in the rain on the way to work. I believe anything that has to do with biking will be a boon.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
