Charity-Restaurant
Classy restaurant that donates a portion of the bill to a charity of the diner's choice.
Idea Description
Would be a classy, upscale restaurant where meals would be priced regularly; however, a portion of the money from each persons bill would be donated to charity. The idea is to have a list of different charities to choose from on the back of the menu, and when they order their meal, they also are able to choose which charity they would like to donate to. This, I feel, would not only help out many unfortunate people out there, but would also put a great sense of pride and dignity into everyone who helps. Most people out there care and want to help the less fortunate but don't know how to go about it or feel as if they don't have the time. This would make things simple and better for everyone.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Opening my first of (hopefully) a large chain of restaurants. Can you imagine what it would be like to have these all across the nation? Can you imagine how much money would be donated to numerous charities everyday? This is something that could really make a difference in the world. It's not a crazy, abstract, completely fresh and modern idea, but maybe that's exactly what we need. A baby step to take things in the right direction. I know I would feel happier and better about myself if after having a nice dinner out with my family, I could sit back and know that I fed another family somewhere. A family who couldn't feed themselves.

Why does the restaurant have to be classy?
I guess the restaurant would be classy but with regular prices so that the diners would feel they'd be spending the 'donated' amount normally in a restaurant of that caliber anyway. Superb idea.
