My idea for a great restaurant, the name is a play on the phrase "Build Your Own", as in build your own food. i.e. steaks with your own toppings, baked potatoes, salads, pizzas etc.
Idea Description
This would be a really cool new restaurant. A change from the tired, old buffett restaurants. The Steak Bar would have the best cuts, cooked to perfection, then a wide array of toppings you can choose- mushrooms, onions, other more exotic sauces. The Spud Bar starts with a baked potato, then again you add your favorite toppings from salsa to the traditional cheese or bacon. Each bar would contain something you can top to accomodate your own tastes, ending with, what else, but the most incredible ice cream sundae bar ever. Clients can come in for anything from appetizers to a meal or just dessert.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I'd like to pay down my mortgage.
