  Have you considered to take a more focused approach as far as who to market your services to? You should probably look into an individual industry that does not offer your services. Some industries to consider...restaraunts, spas, fitness clubs(YMCA, Gold's Gym, etc.), or concert venues. Places where the experience is just as, if not more important than the product offered.

  First of all you will have a great amount of competition in your market. There are already a great host of websites that have 'virtual showrooms' that can give potential buyers a tour of a place before they can see see the physical property.
