Basically buying cheap and revamping to sell for profit. Just like real-estate, but, web-estate.:)
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
1. Acquire a nice PR5 web-site
2. Hire a web programmer and a designer to revamp it
3. Sell it for profit than reinvest

I like your idea. It is a bit like flipping houses. How would you find websites that are for sale? How would you negotiate a fair price? I am not asking that you tell me just questioning. You get me vote on this one.
This project is about buying web-sites and revamping them, than reselling for a profit. It could evolve to a web site marketplace where anyone could post an add about the site they are selling.
