Most contractors are fair, honest, and trustworthy. Most homeowners/clients are fair, honest, and trustworthy too.

There are tons of ways to rate and feedback on contractors, sometimes with significant implications. There is no way to rate clients and warn other contractors of potential difficult clients. A way to both praise great clients and warn of bad ones.
