Q1: I don't really forsee and real challenges. This could really grow into something great. It could provide the small seed money that an aspiring entrepreneur needs to get started. If you have question or additional suggestion, let me know!
Idea Description
It is much easier to start a business or develop an online presence with a limited amount of funds. There are so many outlets which can help with ideas, answers, assistance and even development. It is that small start-up seed that most individual entrepreneurs have difficulty coming up with. I would love to offer a very similar option to "Ideablob," where people can submit there ideas and possibly qualify for a $200-$500 per month.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would take a small portion of the funds to develop a very user friendly website. I would let blogs and user spread the word. As with most websites where funds are dispersed, the word would likely spread quickly. I would use the remaining funds to help grow as many businesses as possible.
It will differ a bit from Ideablob, in that I will gather a couple of season entrepreneurs and business people to assist in the selection process, versus a community wide vote.

I would recommend getting some seasoned professionals and/or entrepreneurs involved. For their participation give them free promotion to their companies, etc. Make their input/votes count for more then just the average users vote. That way it is more then just a popularity contest.
