Petition the Mexican Government to pay for services incured by illegal aliens.

Idea Description
cis.org states that illegal cost the tax payers 10billion per year in federal services. Additionally, hospitals are closing in many places like California because of expenses incured. Hospitals are like any other business, paying customers pay the bills or they will close. With illegal children in schools, an enormous cost burden on our overcrowded schools and education funds. I propose that we petition the mexican government to repatriate those funds back into the government coffers. Since they are mexican nationals, their government has the responsibility of paying for those services since 16.6 billion is sent back to mexico every year.
