The website would offer a non-threating environment for home sellers to seek advice from experts that are impartial to the transaction of selling a home. The goal would be to help sellers through a process which is often a stressful and emotional time.
The site would consider all options for sellers and be able to offer all options for sellers, from For Sale by Owner to using a Realtor.
