What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
Purchase abandone or troubled properties (duplexes, tri-plexes, apartments, etc)and renovate them and utilize them for new families, families that are in trouble (financial, etc), low income, etc.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
to re-invest it into my business, which will support my idea description mention above; partnering with respected investor's within the real state industry, research properties, targeted market, bench marking, etc. the funds will be allocated to help assist my idea description as well as the new families, families that in need of some help, low income families, the communities, our country, etc.

I like the idea... and voted for it. I would recommend being more thorough in your description and how the $10k would be allocated. Having community partners and defined objectives will make folks a bit more supportive of this endeavor, including me. Best of luck...
