This is very similar to the photo books my sister gives me from ofoto. She makes them and they print and ship. It's actually very affordable.

consider looking at the success of kodakgallery.com's photobook. Pricing starts at approximately $30. Study their product and make yours more unique. Offer much smaller "sample books" to first time users.

memory photo book, gonna 20-50 pages per book. Customers upload their images and pick the templates they want. we will have wide range of templates to fit their needs.

I am a programmer, but not an art designer. I will use the money to hire designers to design me some great templates
