to organize the proscecution of, and financially ruin, the lives of people who are cruel to animals or the environment
What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
basically, go after and prosecute, sue and just basically financially ruin, or collect huge sums of money, from any person or group or company or corporation, who is/are willfully cruel to any living thing (animals) or the environment.. The money accumulated from these losers would be used to build the effort, to hire more people to make more cruel people pay for their disgusting sickness, and hopefully create a system that makes any animal or environmental cruelty an extremely expensive choice..
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
use the entire 10k to raise awareness of the need for such an effort, which would draw much more support, financially and otherwise, then 10k could support.. the environment and ALL animals are at the complete mercy of people.. any one abusing this privelage should be severely punished, and socially shunned, like the disease they are..

don't you think the $10,000 would have a greater impact if it was used to raise awareness about this problem? i'm not sure that a mission based on vengeance is a recipe for success.
