I'd suggest reading the book, "The Four Hour Work Week." It could actually give you practical guidance on how to become a 'expert' in the field and then create a web business selling some kind of instructional materials (books, manuals, CDs, DVDs, etc). Maybe you should watch "License to Wed" for inspiration too.
