I do think location is the biggest issue with your idea. You really have to keep your overhead down because otherwise you'll have to sell hundreds of thousands of sammies or increase your prices which is tough to do for PBJ> My suggestion is to open either in a food court or in extremely close proximity to a college. I know at Penn State they have a place that only sells cereal and it does pretty well. You might want to even test the popularity of the idea by opening a food stand up somewhere near campus or in a downtown after the bars let out somewhere.
